Umweltzertifikat

Worldwide, many companies gladly provide their products and services nowadays with a supplementary eco endorsement, even though the customers don't often exactly know if the environment is really protected by this. In order to provide the tourists in Costa Rica with a guide of which hotels and tour organizers actually protect the environment, the National Tourist Institute (ICT) has introduced a certification with the name CST (Certificación para la Sostenibilidad Turística).
